Cooking Directions
  • Heating times may vary. Serving and holding temperature should be minimum 140°F.
  • Thawing: Thaw biscuits before heating. Individually wrap each biscuit in butcher paper and place on a tray in the refrigerator (33° - 40°F) to thaw for 24 hours prior to heating
  • Microwave Heating Directions: Microwave one wrapped, thawed biscuit on HIGH power for 45-50 seconds, or until heated through (160°F).
  • Convection Oven: Preheat oven to 275°F with fan on low. Bake wrapped, thawed biscuits on a sheet pan for 25-30 minutes or until heated through (160°F).
  • Warmer: Biscuits may be held in a warmer for up to 4 hours. Maintain product internal temperature between 140°-150°F while holding.
