Cooking Directions

  • Convection Oven: Preheat oven to 350°F. Spread open split sausage; place cut-side down on a sheet pan. Bake for 5-6 minutes or until sausage is browned and the internal temperature reaches at least 140°F.
  • Microwave (1000 watt commercial microwave): Spread open one split sausage; place cut-side down on a microwave safe plate and cover with a paper towel. Microwave on high for 25-30 seconds or until the sausage internal temperature reaches at least 140°F.
  • Flat Top: Preheat grill to 350°F. Spread open split sausage; place cut-side down on grill. Grill for 3-4 minutes on each side or until sausage is browned and the internal temperature reaches at least 140°F.
